This policy explains how AlgoRank Ltd and UH Services (“we”) handles personal data on guestpostbar.com.
1. What we collect
- Account data — name, email address and password (stored encrypted) when you create an account, plus your alert preferences and watchlist.
- Order data — messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email, your target URLs and content, and payment details handled by the payment provider.
- Usage data — which order buttons you click and when you last visited, to improve listings and follow up on your requests.
- Email data — whether our emails were delivered, opened or clicked, reported by our email provider.
- Publisher applications — the details you send us when you apply to list a website.
2. Why we use it
To run your account, process orders, send the alerts you asked for (new sites, flash deals, price drops), answer your messages, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
3. Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the site: our web host, our email provider (Brevo) for sending emails, WhatsApp/Meta when you message us, and payment providers. Publishers receive only what is needed to publish your order (your content and links). We never sell your data.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage to remember your order list and currency. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Emails
Alert emails are only sent if you create an account and keep alerts switched on. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can change your preferences at any time in your account.
6. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. Order records are kept as long as required for accounting. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by contacting outreach.kj@gmail.com.
